Founded back in 2011, our ecommerce business led us on a journey which eventually enabled us to open the doors at CK Fulfilment to help other small to medium businesses gain trustworthy, good quality fulfilment.
Coming from larger corporate backgrounds, our Operations Director Tony and Value-Added Services Manager, Kath bring an ocean of experience to CK Fulfilment. Joining our tight-knit family business has been a transformative journey for both of them, marked by a refreshing change in work culture and ethos.
Tony, who had spent years in much larger businesses, found the transition to CK Fulfilment a breath of fresh air. He relishes the freedom and respect he now enjoys, with his knowledge and experience genuinely valued and trusted. "For the first time in years, I felt truly listened to," Tony shares. He appreciates the lack of "dictatorship" and feels the move to CK Fulfilment was the best decision he's ever made, how lovely? The empowering atmosphere has enabled him to leverage his skills fully, further enhancing our operational efficiency and his feelings of self worth.
Similarly, Kath, after initially taking some time to adjust, found downsizing to be one of the best choices she has ever made. Leaving behind the frenetic pace of large businesses, Kath discovered an environment where she is listened to, cared for, and valued. "I feel part of the family," she expresses. Kath relishes the ability to work productively in a cheerful environment where every day is punctuated with laughter.
